I believe in capturing the joy that can be found in the simple moments with our families. Although time can't be frozen, a photograph allows you to treasure a moment for a lifetime.
I began capturing images on film when I was 15-years-old with my dad's 1970s Minolta camera. I instantly fell in love with creating beautiful photographs. Soon after, my friends were asking me to do sessions for them. After high school, I attended Baylor University where I worked as a photographer for the Baylor Newspaper. I set down my camera for a few years during the film to digital transition, but then right before my oldest son was born, I bought a new dslr and haven't set it down since.
I strive to create beautiful photographs that tell a story and showcase the love and joy shared between families, couples, and children.
